Charming hotel located in a beautiful historical building right in the heart of the picturesque medieval town of Santillana del Mar.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing: no information was provided at check-in about check-out time, breakfast, restaurant or wi-fi. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to ask for basic details that should have been given on arrival. The same lack of communication continued at breakfast. Sadly, we cannot recommend this place...
