“This was a solid and reliable place with ample on site parking. We didn't get to have dinner or breakfast here but it looked to be very popular with other guests. It also has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool which we didn't use. It is wonderfully located and we really enjoyed our stay here and really enjoyed villafranca del bierzo. A lovely town to visit.”

“A proper treat”
The best

It’s literally a treat to stay in a parador like this; it’s quiet, calm and unhurried. The staff are friendly and professionally efficient and the bar is a lovely place simply to relax and collect your thoughts.

“Breakfast, city. Small and had some historic places to see. · Cons: This is not like other Parador hotels we have stayed in as far as the historic feel of the building. Bathrooms were nice and staff as usual was good, but if you are expecting a historic building with larger rooms, this is not the same.”

Modern Parador but still classy. Nice terrace, good rooms, sheltered parking spaces. Plenty of power charging sockets.
