Address was very difficult to find because the house numbers have changed and the host was clearly not aware of that. After calling with the host about the incorrect address, the host started to ignore our messages via WhatsApp. The following was not okay: -The lock of the big terrace door was broken, which gave us an insecure feeling during our stay -The coffee machine was broken -The kitchen did not gave a hygienic impression We really regret the fact that the local host consciously ignored our concerns. Even if we had proof via video/pictures, we did not get any answers/solutions. Hopefully Holidu will help us with the compensation….

1. The keys collection is hard. You have to go to the city center where key box is located and pick it up in the are where is impossible to park. Make a key box right next to the apartment, that would simplify the life very much. 2. NO INTERNET AT ALL. Please pay your attention, there is not Wi-Fi in the apartment. Too bad if you need to work for example. I had to go and purchase a mobile Internet card 3. The air-conditioning is quite slow. It took almost 12 hours for temperature to normalise 4. The deposit of Euro 180 which the owner demands you to transfer by SEPA payment to the IBAN. If you come not from EU country and it may create a complication. I think the owner if he wants the deposit - better to learn how to use POS terminal and hold funds from Visa/Mastercard cards (like car rental companies do). And the deposit itself - what are you depositing for? There is nothing in the apartment of this cost to be damaged :)
