Property is in center of Playa Paraiso. Right near the Seafront. Great walks. Good Shops, bars restaurants. Playa Paraiso is not a huge place for leisure shopping, but that is good, in my opinion. Property has all you could want. Clean, great pool, access to the sea and town, bus service and car rental in the front yard. Had a small mishap with keys and they sorted us out really fast. . Great apartment, highly recommend. Hard Rock Hotel across the road is a great option for entertainment.

great location and pool, close to the beach and big apartment. good place to stay, if you do not come by car and are looking for a "quiet" area

To be improved

Difficult to find a parking slot. we stayed 6 days and we never found a place closer than walking back 20min afterwards. it's easier to come by bus - the stop is in 2min distance. The elevators are very slow and tiny. With many people in the house, you have to wait all the time until you finally can enter it. Thus we always used the stairs. Fine for us, but good to know before. The Wifi at the pool does not work. The WIFI in the apartment was very slow and often did not even allow to open a simple website. Great if you want to disconnect on your vacation. The washing machine does not spin the laundry and there is not even some detergent available, unless you buy a big back by your own. The host only provided two towels (2 big and 2 small ones) and 2 rolls of toilet paper, which is not enough for a 6 days stay, unless you will go shopping to buy all the things, expected to be there.

Parking was a nightmare, there is NO parking at the facility & often had to drive around hunting for parking, often parking over a mile away!!!! So if your driving be aware !!

The best

The apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable. Equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay (bedding, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, oven). Very good location, close to shops, restaurants, beaches, bus stops and taxis. View from the balcony mainly of the Hard Rock Hotel but also partly of the ocean and mountains. The owner is very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this apartment.

“I am quite pleased by my stay here”

The best

It’s a nice, clean studio flat in very good location, you even can see a bit of sea and Teide, if you look attentively. Not too noisy even though Hard Rock is close, has a WiFi and conditioning system - all the furniture was new and in good condition, no insects. There are plates, all the necessary cutlery, a small fridge, a toaster and a cooker + oven.

To be improved

I hope the owners will fix the washing machine, it didn’t do the spinning well and sometimes left powder traces. There is no vacuum cleaner which complicates the cleaning if you are staying longer than 3 days.
