Host/check in lady was very pleasant and welcoming. The property also came with a car parking spot which was useful.

To be improved

There was an ant infestation throughout the kitchen area meaning the self catered apartment was not very comfortable as any food item placed on a table was immediately covered in ants. The bathroom smelt like unpleasant guttering all the time.

“Great price, lovely location. Very comfortable and I hope to return.”

Property was very comfortable, the pool is very nice and quiet. There is a fabulous sushi restaurant at the bottom of the hill which is overlooking the sea. There is a bus that runs on the road 471 which takes you all around to Costa Adeje beaches. A short walk takes you to a supermarket by the hard rock hotel and there are taxis there. I look forward to returning.

Wifi was really good, the place was big, location is nice, quiet neighbourhood, sea view, nice pool area

To be improved

The walls are really thin, we had a one year old girl and in the evening after babys bedtime, its a bit earlier as usual you could hear the neighbours quite well. There were some ants or little bugs in the kitchen area.

“Lovely apartment few issues”

Showers leaked and flooded the apartment. Just a bad design. Unfortunately as it was a weekend when it happened couldn’t get a plumber so my husband took the trap out and unadjusted the shower head. Bit disappointing we had to, having a business of rentals maintenance should be available any day of the week. The mattresses were all awfully soft, if you like soft beds then you’ll be heaven. Also the bathroom door doesn’t lock!
