Paraiso Lido Sea Views 1-D Levante Beach

The apartment was very worn. Walls damaged,mould on the bathroom ceiling. extremely poor lighting in the bathroom and no shelves/consoles to keep hygiene/make up products on.

Pool was closed last week in march when all the neighbouring ones were open. We had to pay to use a pool at a nearby hotel. Daughter was distraught. Slow response time (over 24 hours) until I criticised them then they responded within 5 mins. Shower needs replacing Beds were so soft they aren't healthy, we all left with sore backs

Double bed was uncomfortable. Shower head needed maintenance

The washing machine was full of MOLD. Even though we told that we desperately need it as we travel with 2 kids, unfortunately issue was not solved and there was not actual wiling to solve it from the staff, was forced to use on street laundry which is not comforcomfortable and adds more expenses, which agency did not want to cover and were not interested that full load of kids clothes were washed and had steong MOLD smell which we could not use. Also lights in the room are too bright, in the evening you would like some calm light to enjoy, but they have lights like in the hospital, very bright. if you planning to stay longer than 1 night, then make sure you have hand soap on you, washing liquids, rubbish bags, tissues etc as they do not provide this.
