It was clean and comfortable, good location.

It is in a hotel building, but apparently exactly this room is separated from hotel, so if anything is wrong, you need to contact person who doesn’t seem very friendly. The internet was off for 3 days.

“Horrible owner, doesn't want to help. Avoid at all costs!”

The owner was extremely inattentive. We had problems with the power, the owner said it's not his problem, he sent us to the reception where they said they can't help and it's only through the owner. After a couple hours he came over to try to fix the problem, being very very rude and asking for money if the problem was "our fault" (of course it wasn't) at the end we spent a full night without electricity and got no refund since the owner doesn't answer the phone. Very bad experience, avoid if possible.
