Paraiso Sur & Panoramic Views Apartment, Tenerife

I wouldn't recommend this apartment, particularly for those expecting the standards suggested in the listing. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match what was advertised: • No proper building access at night: There's no reception after hours, and access depends on luck or other guests letting you in. Security was inconsistent at best. • Swimming pool unavailable all week, despite being advertised. I was told it was under maintenance but heard from other guests it had been closed for some time. • TV and coffee machine missing: There was no TV remote or coffee machine when I arrived. These were only provided on Wednesday, halfway through my 7-night stay. • Toiletries were used and of very low quality • Flooring and finishes not as shown: The hardwood floors are actually vinyl, and the entire space feels worn and dated. • Bathroom issues: Black mould, exposed plug adapters, and cockroaches made it feel unhygienic. • Dirty and limited kitchenware and basic items like cutlery were not clean on arrival. • View misleading: The listing implies a sea view — but it mainly overlooks a parking lot and the Hard Rock Hotel. While the agent did eventually respond to my messages, communication was delayed and unhelpful. I expected a significantly higher standard based on the listing and pricing.

Where do I start- property wasn’t clean, dust everywhere, was not renovated as stated, tv didn’t work, electrical loose faulty wires hanging out the back of the TV. plug wall socket loose. Health and safety issues. Not suitable accommodation Immediately checked in and checked out & the property manager has refused to refund me for the stay & is now also ignoring booking.com.. Avoid

No Wi-Fi, apartment not new as advised, if renovated for sure it wasn’t recently, a lot of dust under the bed, residence rather old, with all the amenities that are old, no parking that in high season can be a problem, if you arrive after 11pm risk not to enter as the doors are closed and key is needed that is in the apartment
