“The drive up the mountain was a nightmare.”

Nothing, my nerves were shot when I got up the mountain, all I could think about was how horrible that climb was and how was I going to get my self back to the bottom of the mountain. I expressed my anxiety to the gentleman in charge of the property and he replied with a (I don’t understand why I felt the way I did) he knows how dangerous that drive.

To be improved

The drive up the mountain is very dangerous, I didn’t like the fact that it was never mentioned anywhere on the booking. The outdoor was terrifying, the pool was covered and all the plants were dead. I understand is because of the winter. But the pictures on booking.com is nothing like the real thing, once you get to the top of the mountain on a manual vehicle alive, is very scary the property itself. And forget about going in out to visit the city and do groceries go site seeing. It’s a miracle I made it out of there alive, if I didn’t fell off the cliff I almost had a heart attack.

“A tranquil oasis in the Spanish hills, overlooking the sea.”

The view from this property is stunning and the property itself is very peaceful. The property is tastefully done, in keeping the local Spanish style and with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. The property is also air-conditioned and has an open fire. This property is ideal for rest and refreshment. The host was very responsive, which we appreciated. We look forward to returning.

To be improved

This isn't a dislike but a word of caution, the drive up to the property is not for the faint-hearted. From the main road to the property is about 13 minutes up a single track road, with hairpin bends and no barriers at the side of it. The last 1 km is a dirt track. Wouldn't advise to do it for the first time at night or recommend it for nervous drivers. A vegetable peeler and some wine glasses in kitchen would be great!
