Parker The Urban Flats

Great location, near the center, everything that you need or want to see is nearby. The apartment was very nice, equipped with everything you need, clean, quite and very comfortable.

Room was big enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Not separate rooms but separated area's which we're good enough. There were a couple of dishwasher tablets provided which was a bonus. Perfect for a few days stay with good access to the majority of the city centre

Location, room, eveithing is the best

We had a lovely stay here with our 3 year old. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Very friendly staff. We would happily stay here again!

Parker Urban Flats is a very solid option and I would stay there again. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the twenty-four-hour reception is a real plus. The complimentary guest drinks were also a nice touch. The rooms are exactly what you would expect for the price, which makes the overall value very good. Cleanliness was excellent, and I especially appreciated the cleaning service every three days, which is unusual for a flat rental and made the stay feel closer to a hotel experience. Service was consistently helpful and responsive. We had a small issue with the key cards occasionally stopping working, but the staff always fixed it promptly. The amenities were also very good, with everything needed in the room, including a microwave and kettle. They even had bikes available at reception. The main downside is the noise insulation. You can hear neighboring rooms very clearly, including plumbing noise, and at times other guests, especially families with loud children. It usually became quieter at night, but the soundproofing is definitely the weakest point. Overall, though, it is a clean, well-run, and good-value place to stay.

Very large room with a terrace, very clean place, extremely kind personnel! The hotel is close to the centre and gives a chance for lovely walks around the city of Valencia!
