The staff does not track payments and we were asked to pay for the room again. in a room for two people for three days there was only one small bottle of shampoo. when I reported this, I was advised to buy shampoo myself, in a nearby store.

There was a complete lack of information prior to arrival. there is no reception, just a man who knows nothing about the apartment or my stay. He couldn’t help me and couldn’t find the key. The apartment key I eventually found, after about half an hour, following phone calls and help from locals, in the bushes to the left of the garage door in a black key safe on the ground. I wasn’t told the number of the allocated parking spot, I got a note saying I’d parked in the wrong place. I had to find the wifi router for the password and the code is difficult to read. I contacted the owner who was helpful, but this info should have been available There was no kitchen workspace just the sink and cooker top. This would have made self catering difficult.
