There was no usable shower or bidet in the en-suite,and the jakuzzu bath pumped out black stuff when turned on

Cold water (no hot) in kitchen and both showers every day. Tried it at different times of the day and it was cold everytime! Not enjoyable. Air con was a plus. However the hose for the main aircon unit (to living area) was hidden behind a unit on the balcony. This was dripping water and was not visible to us. After 4 days the building maintenance man called as water was dripping into the overflow pipe and out to the balconies below. We had to put a bowl and container below to collect the drips and empty it every few hours when using the aircon. We should not have to do this on a family holiday when paying good money. Open hose pipe should not have been hidden behind a cupboard on the balcony. The owner should get this fixed properly. Kitchen: Firstly, there were only 3 large dining plates. For an apartment sleeping 6 it was not good enough. Also, I had to purchase some drinking glasses as there weren't enough. On the contrary, there were plenty of small plates and soup dishes, and alot of crockery. The kitchen stock was totally unbalanced. Finally, in my opinion the owner needs to upgrade the ensuite bathroom and the kitchen. Most importantly, sort out the hot water (complete lack of) as it wasn't a pleasant experience having a daily shower. The apartment would be so much better if the owner made maintained this property better, and made some upgrades.

The apartment very noisy. The master bedroom is particularly noisy as no double glazing. The kitchen is poorly equipped too only three miss matched wine glasses, no pint glasses. Two teaspoons. Lots of plates.
