“Disappointing, and expensive for what we got!”

1. Hot tub listed in description but there was not one at apartment. 2. States suitable for disabled. Definitely not as shower totally unsuitable for disabled owing to smallness of opening to get in. Also wheelchair or buggy would not fit through door. 3. Locks on main apartment door and door into wardrobe with safe difficult to use,had to get help to unlock apartment door. 4. States sleeps up to 6 people yet only one sofa to sit on in Sitting room and only 5 dining chairs. 5. Had to take rubbish to central bin which was quite a walk away, particularly for older people. 6. No maid service and for the price of renting the apartment I would have expected it.

The best

The host was lovely and had everything organised perfectly upon our arrival. The views from the Penthouse are fabulous. The property was immaculately clean and had all you would need at hand. It is very centrally located and all amenities you would need are within walking distance. There was a supermarket on the ground floor which was very reasonably priced and handy for getting your fresh coffee, juice & pastries in the morning.

To be improved

The only thing i didn't like wasn't with the property itself but with the resort Parque Santiago 2. You have to pay an additional charge for Pool beds €3.50, mattress €1.50 & umbrella €1.50. As soon as you sit down the man by the pool is over to collect the money no matter what time of the day it is and how long you are staying. If you are a family this can work out quite expensive every day.
