“A great stay for families with children”

The best

We stayed at Parque Santiago III Luxury Apartment for two weeks in June/July with our 1- and 4-year-old sons. The apartment met all our expectations, and Parque Santiago III is excellent for families with children, especially young ones. The hotel is well located, and everything you need is within a few minutes' walk. The childrens' pool is large, has six slides and fresh water (not salt water). It doesn't open until 11:00, but the bigger pools open at 09:00. There are a couple of playgrounds located nearby, which is great when you have young children. The host, Willem, is fantastic and very friendly. He's quick to respond and help his guests if they need anything (our water heater broke and he got a new one up and running for us the same day). The hotel is very quiet, and although the childrens' pool is near the apartment you can barely hear any noise. The balcony gets plenty of sun (from about 10:00 to 18:00) and has plenty of space for small families. Willem provided a baby cot for your younger son and an extra mattress, which made the cot very comfortable for him. Our older son slept well in the sofa bed. The kitchen was more than enough for our family and it's a big plus to have access to a washing machine to wash your clothes and towels. The apartment also has two ceiling fans and two portable air conditioners. The air conditioners can be quiet loud but the ceiling fans cool the apartment well enough so you can turn off the air conditioners when you go to sleep. There is also a small safe in the apartment to store your valuables (free of charge). All in all a good stay and we will definitely contact Willem again the next time we plan a vacation to Tenerife.

Apartment was fantastic , great location close to everything. Apartment was right next to the kids play area with pool and slides. Had everything we needed with no issues at all. Host was available at all times if we needed anything. Fantastic family resort, we will definitely be back again.

Fantastic location, had all the facilities we could possibly need, the host was extremely helpful and it was very clean. He also managed to give us an early check in which was a massive bonus.

To be improved

Only negative was the fans don’t really cool the apartment down enough, I did raise this with the owner who is going to be installing aircon
