“It was fine for our short stay but the hotel is dirty and dated.”

Loved the location to the shopping centre. Staff were all friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly so the floors, beds and bathroom were clean.

To be improved

The building itself is in need of refurbishment. The walls in my room were so filthy, the curtain covering the door to the balcony was super dirty. A balcony but no furniture so you can't sit on the balcony at all which was disappointing. And then if you look at the roof over the balcony it's mouldy and has water damage. Our door frame was kind of loose so every time I went to close the room door I had to slam it shut because the frame kept moving and it wouldn't close otherwise. We were woken by construction workers on the first morning working right outside our room. We weren't told about that and would have liked the option to be moved if we had been made aware. The fountain was unfortunately off and empty for some reason but that's not the hotels issue.

Cleaning staff was thorough, location to mall, size of room for family. Good viewnof fountains. Access to streaming services.

“Not looking forward to coming back.”

We didn't have breakfast but the location is good. The location was good, especially the access to the shopping mall and the scenery.

To be improved

The fact that there was no tea/coffee/kettle and no iron and ironing board in the room, is very stressful. Most of the staff don't speak or understand English, so, communicating was very difficult and some staff were not that friendly. Our room was very far from the lift, having to walk the long corridor before getting to the exit, despite telling the staff that we are elderly with mobility issues.
