Excellent location apartment building in the centre of Barcelona. The apartment is sized for a maximum of 4 people. At the entrance there is a kitchenette (fridge, freezer, washing machine). The living room has a dining table, couch, air conditioning, access to the balcony. The bedroom is just enough for a double bed and a wardrobe. The small room has only two beds and is without equipment. Bathroom with shower. Good equipment of the apartment with electrical appliances. Good kitchen facilities, cleaning equipment. Clean towels and bed linen. Good to be able to keep warm in the apartment during the transition period. Communication with the landlord was via WhatsApp. His response to a question or any comment was quick. Replacement of the non-functioning kettle was done within the next day. It is unfortunate to say that the apartments are located in an old apartment building. The entrance to the building, the corridor with the staircase gives an intimidating impression. The housing can be recommended to those who come to discover the beauty of Barcelona and need a short-term, clean (maintains itself), reasonably equipped and comfortable facilities with self-service.
