Opening the apartment door was sometimes a challenge. The aircon in the living area did not work - or we didn't know how to operate it...

There should be a description of how to locate the apartment as it wasn't easy to find. For example which station exit to use or which shops its between.

Not well maintained at all! The property owner seems to never go there or have any interest other than collecting money. Before check out time, a random man let himself in the apartment!! He was collecting the sheets and towels to take away to wash (not blankets or comforters.) Cleaning woman also came before checkout. Bidet is broken with taped shut handle. Tape on shower handle too. There is no light in the bedroom! The one small side lamp does not work. Kitchen counter is constantly wet from some type of leak. Step-open kitchen garbage is broken. Even the corkscrew is bent. Very cheap IKEA furniture throughout that is dirty and breaking down. Blood on comforter which is not washed between guests. Clothing washer but no drying rack, clothes line or dryer so we could not wash our clothes. Got take out food to eat in, but…no dishes!!! None. Only cups and glasses. Had to eat out of the cartons. Nice old building but very cheap remodel. Treacherous low ceilings, sharp corners, overhang over the bed -my daughter got a concussion just standing up out of the bed. Terrible property, worst I’ve ever rented.
