Customer Service: 1/5 We tried contacting the host numerous times via email, the provided WhatsApp number, and the Booking.com messaging system to inquire about early check-in or luggage storage. Unfortunately, we never received a response. The only message we got came an hour before check-in, simply stating: “Check-in is at 3.” Kitchen: 1/5 We specifically chose this property because it advertised a kitchen, but it was extremely poorly equipped. There was no salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, paper towels, dish soap, or dishwasher tablets, absolutely nothing. For travelers coming from overseas, it's unreasonable to expect us to purchase full-sized basics for a short stay. Even budget hotels usually provide these essentials. Location: 5/5 The location was excellent—central and convenient.
