The host did not leave enough towels or toilet paper for the 4 guest. Something that can easily be solved. Unfortunately, one of the neighbor apartments had the TV on and loud until about 4 am every day. This made it very difficult to sleep. I know this is something the host can’t control but it is good for guest to be aware.

The property had a lot of cockroaches, that would crawl on the tabletops and the walls. We would find them everywhere in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The host was constantly unavailable and told us there was Wi-Fi at the house but there wasn’t even a Wi-Fi modem anywhere in the house to connect to. We couldn’t reach the host, not by call or by text until we’d complain to customer service on the app, then the host would respond. The phone number on the booking was always switched off, no matter the time of day. On the night before our departure, a strange man came to our door and told us he was a representative for our host, we spoke to him through the door because we are two women staying in the room and did not feel safe to open the door just because he claimed to know our host. He told us we would need to leave early in the morning the next day, which we were doing (at 4am) but we didn’t believe him anyway because if something needed to be communicated it needed to be the host via the correct channels. Overall a very strange experience, and if any emergency had arisen during our stay, we would’ve been completely on our own because we had no contact with the host at all.
