The best

Lovely stay in a great location The apartment is very well located — everything was within easy reach, which made our stay really convenient. It had all the necessary amenities, and we felt comfortable throughout. The price-quality ratio was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

To be improved

The only small issue was that the cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall it didn’t affect our stay too much.

The best

The apartment is close to a good beach. The pool is a big plus. The apartment has air conditioning, it really helped. Clean and neat inside. Nice balcony where we had breakfast and relaxed before bed. great view from the window.

To be improved

The only thing I didn't like was that there were no capsules for the washing machine. No tea, sugar, coffee, no soap. These are minor things, but they are noticeable.

The location was definitely the highlight. It’s very close to the beach and surrounded by several restaurants and supermarkets. There’s even a grocery store inside the building, which was super convenient. There’s a bus stop right in front (though we didn’t use it). There are also two playgrounds nearby where the kids could play. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

To be improved

The cleanliness was quite poor. We stayed in apartment 16, staircase 5, and it was very dirty. The floor was black with dirt, and when some of our belongings fell under the bed, our hands came out filthy after picking them up. We even found a fake nail on the bedroom floor, which clearly didn’t belong to anyone in our group. Under the living room furniture, it was the same—extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The shower was broken and leaking water from the side. The bed in the main bedroom was very noisy. The electric kettle was quite dirty and in questionable condition. The bathroom door lock didn’t work properly and got stuck a few times, making it hard to open. The bedroom door locks were also very noisy.

“Lovely stay in Patacona”

The best

Location to Patacona beach was excellent nice cafe's and restaurants around. Would not recommend if you plan on going into the city of Valencia many times as there is lack of taxis. Pool is fabulous. Apartments are very clean and good size. Had everything we needed in terms of cooking appliances and cutlery/crockery.

To be improved

Lack of cleaning supplies for an apartment of 5 people. One small bin bag was given and no sweeping brush. there is no daily cleaning service so please supply more cleaning supplies for visitors!!
