“Perfectly located studio in Puerto de la Cruz”
The best

+ Fantastic location, the town center and beach are only a short walk away. + We loved the balcony. + Small but well-equipped kitchenette. + Modern and clean interior.

To be improved

- The roof pools were closed for repair and the main pool was not heated (so very cold in Dec). - This studio is perfect for one or two people, but felt small for our family of three; the sofa bed lacked a proper blanket. - Audible traffic from the street outside until midnight.

“Extremely clean and comfortable apartment”
The best

Really helpful and friendly hosts. The apartment is really conveniently located - five minutes walk from the central bus station, and another five minutes walk to the main restaurant district and the beach. We stayed as a couple with our young baby and we felt comfortable, safe and cool during our stay during the warm weather. Apartment is quite small, but it suited us perfectly. It is extremely clean and feels brand new.

Nothing! We were very happy with our stay here. The apartment block looks a little old, but the apartment itself is very clean and feels brand new.

“Small, grubby and noisy.”

its well located... short walk to the old town.

its a very small studio apartment cheap bedding, felt plasticy and the worst pillows I've ever used. long black hairs and food on the floor car sun screen acting as kitchen window blind for night-time balcony looks onto the main VERY busy seafront road so cannot sit and relax. 1 showerdoor broken... have to lift and pull to close which could be dangerous, also all glass in the shower is covered in soap scum. the neighbour leaves their front door open ALL day with TV blaring and dog barking. there is no washing maching as advertised. the 2 floating bedside shelves are hanging off the wall so couldnt use them. we noticed there was alot of silverfish in the apartment.

“Exceptional”
The best

The biggest advantage is the location. We traveled by public transport, and it was just a few minutes' walk to the bus station. There's also a HiperDino and the beach nearby. A big plus is the balcony; the windows are well soundproofed despite being next to the street. It was clean. The kitchenette was well-equipped, including a juicer.

To be improved

A washing machine and a dishwasher would be a nice addition.
