“Nice spot to discover Toledo”

Central location and very nice helpful host! He was really great and on stand bye with recommendations and help.

To be improved

The appartement is a bit outdated, can use some fresh paint/tiling/deco. It’s very old building so you can hear the neighbours well (and they us). With 5 you can not eat inside unless you all sit on the couch. Also no spot to sit outside which would be so nice.

“Cosy apartment in Toledo, close to everything interesting.”

The best

The location was super, close to several breakfast places. The apartment itself was clean and cosy. The host was very friendly, although we haven't met personally, but kept contact via Whatsapp. Before arriving we got very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, later we got a long list with tips for restaurants.

To be improved

Cannot think of much, no window in the bedroom, but that cannot be helped, it's due to the build structure.

“A spacious getaway centrally located in the old city”

The best

The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of the old city. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped (including for cooking), and well stocked for our stay (nice attention to small touches). Each room has lots of storage. The air conditioning was perfect and easy to control, more than adequate despite temperatures in Toledo surpassing 40C the week of our visit. Finally but importantly, Ismael was a prompt, kind, and responsive host.

To be improved

The architectural layout had windows across the corridor from each room, with views onto an interior patio, and there is a bit of a funhouse feel to the long central corridor. Despite this, we always had plenty of light, and this was by far the most solid of the several places we stayed in Europe this summer.

The only advice I would give to someone staying in the room with the double bed is put on some white noise or bring some earplugs. It is no fault of the owners, but unfortunately, the apartment upstairs main drain line for water apparently runs over the ceiling of that bedroom. If they take a shower or used the bathroom at night, you hear it

“Great apartment. Great host. Great town! BOOK IT!”

The best

The apartment is in a center of the old town. You've got everything right around the corner. The apartment is thought out. Specially liked the lightning. You've got plenty of main and secondary lightning options for the morning, day and night. The host is great and really helpful. Provided all instructions in advance that answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend it and will comeback here 100%. We spent a week in Toledo and it was not enough :)

To be improved

As it is in the centre of the old town there is some noise outside as in most Spanish properties but this shouldn't put you off. We simply used earplugs kindly provided by the host and no problem sleeping at all.
