“Great experience”

Overall, great facilities, with many amenities (iron, iron board, washing machine - which is very convenient when travelling during summer and for business trip). + Great WiFi connection in my laptop. Convenient location near the bus stop connecting the city to the airport, and the city center. My room had a great patio-balcony. Check-in without the presence of the owner is always a huge plus. The owner was very fast in answering emails, as well. I would definitely reccomend, and visit again if needed.

To be improved

The room was satisfying regarding cleaning, the only remark is that towels had a bit of a smell (like humidity). I also did noticed some crambles under the microwave. The owner should probably put some more effort in communication. Speaking in your own language when the customer is speaking english, is not convenient it does not show respect. It would be more appreciated to answer in english. Google-translate is always helpful, however when in a hurry during a travel it is not the easiest to do, from the customer's side.

“Top notch apartment - highest recommendation.”

Honestly, we liked everything. It was in the heart of Almeria, so lots of city amenities around, and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach - best of all worlds. The place was very clean, well put together and appointed, spacious, laundry was extremely convenient, with washer in the kitchen area and then drying area outside in the private courtyard. And having that outdoor courtyard was fantastic. I also liked having one bed that was moderately firm and one that was VERY firm, which I can imagine would be ideal for folks with back issues who need a very firm mattress. Decor was also tasteful - easy to relax in this space.

To be improved

It's hard to think of any dislikes, and the only things I can come up with are 'audio' related: The TV had VERY bad speakers (although to be fair we only turned it on once - we weren't there to watch TV!) and the main room in general has no fabric surfaces to absorb sounds so everything sort of echoes and sounds somewhat harsh. Adding some fabric wall hangings, thick throw rugs or other sound absorbing objects would make the aural environment less 'ringy' and more comfortable. All that said, none of this materially impacted our enjoyment of this fantastic apartment.
