“We left after one night.”
The best

The location was good and the courtyard was charming. The flat overall was nice looking, except the bathroom which needs updating and is not to the same standard.

To be improved

The air con is supposed to cool the whole flat but it did not work properly in one of the two bedrooms. It was just very weak in that room. This made it unbearable to sleep there and so we had to check out after only one night. Like several other reviews on here, we found cockroaches in the shower. Horrible. Tried with them for a while to at least a partial refund because of having to vacate early but their M.O. seems to be deny everything. To quote their response: “The shower is the same in all apartments and there are no complaints about it. There is no refund." Charming. And clearly not the case from other reviews. After that this went completely silent and have not responded either to me or to booking.com.

Very spacious and comfy accomodation in the heart of Jerez. Very convenient access to the apartment!

Didn’t get a reply for our baby cot question before checking in. Hopefully there was a bed available and the staff kindly set it up for us.

“Fraudulent advertising”

Location is very nice.

Apartment advertised as having a balcony (therefore not ground floor). Actually we ended up on ground floor, bedrooms and one bathroom directly looking at the street. Cars passing by middle of the night felt like we were on the street. Fraudulent advertising! Owner said the problem is booking.com and pushed away any responsibility. Beware!

We loved our apartment. It was big and bright, equipped with everything. The Spanish style of the house is very inspiring and captivating. Perfect place to stay in Jerez.
