No air conditioning nor fan in the second single room and lounge when the temperature was 32c.

Flat needs some minor renovations and improvements. I would also suggest changing light bulbs with warm white light🙂

Only thing I would recommend change is that remote that unlocks door be set so it unlocks only one turn, so if you lock doors twice with key, it wont unlock fully if you accidentally press the button as its really sensitive and the doors also open after unlocking. But its really a minor thing, its more of a recommendation rather then something we disliked.

1. The garage parking area is reached by driving through a ramp, which has an incredibly tight corner. We drove a relatively small car (Ford Puma), and we have over 20 years driving experience in both EU and NA. When I drove into the garage I was frightened by how tight the corner was, but I somehow managed not to scratch the car. But when I had to drive the car out, I tried twice, unsuccessfully, and each time I scratched the car. EVENTUALLY I HAD TO DRIVE THE CAR BACKWARDS ONTO THE UPWARDS RAMP, IN ORDER TO ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO GET THE CAR OUT. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 2. The coach in the livingroom and the bed in the bedroom smelled of smoking.
