“Grear llocation for several beaches, dozens of restaurants and activities and only 5 mins in car to Siam Park and Aqualand. The admin team is excellent and answered all questions promptly and gave us loads of great advice on activities and places to go. · Cons: The complex is dated and a bit tired looking though very clean. The apartment likewise. The 2nd bedroom where the kids slept is very basic and doesn't have any kind of view and only a small window at top of wall. There is no Aircon though fans are provided. As it is on the third floor you can leave windows open to get cooler air but around 12-1.00am every night there is a very noisy few mins when a neighbouring bar puts lots of glass bottles into the recycling bin. We hired a car for the 10 days and there is free underground parking but it is like a dark dungeon and full of rubbish (I assume from people chucking it out from their cars rather than binning it). The remote to operate the garage door didn't work as the door is broken but you can push it open easily enough.”

“Lovely apartment - central to everything and views to die for !!”

The best

Apartment was very clean and tidy - a few teething problems with the safe but sorted. There are a couple of details which could do with attention - the sofa bed is perfect as a settee but very lumpy and uncomfortable as a sofa bed. The safe needs to be looked at properly as we had to call twice for it to be fixed - battery issues - we were concerned for the whole stay incase it didn’t open on our day of checkout when we needed passports out of it etc. The electricity box has clearly had a small fire at some point - this needs attention rather than putting a board up to hide it. The rest of the apartment was perfect - every detail had been thought of from toys for the pool and beach a beach umbrella and a washing machine. Even with the few minor discrepancies we would stay again .

Lovely and spacious apt. with wonderful views, nice garden and swimming pool facilities- always very clean and seren, great location! Very helpful host. ❤️

To be improved

I would give this property a 10 if it would have had an AC (air condition) but it only had 3 vents, one for each bedroom and one for the living room. We didn’t noticed it was missing when we booked the apt. but surely missed it in the heat. 🤪 Other than that its a great apt.
