“Cons: There was no staff as promised in the confirmation email. We got a long list of instructions via text. The adress was a bit difficult to find and it was a construction site outside. The way in felt like an escape room with phone calls to make and narrow hallways and multiple code combination to access the room. The room was quite small for two people, the fan in the celling didn't work and it was 38 degrees outside. The walls were dirty and it was no lamp in the ceiling. It didn't feel safe for example in a case of an emergency so we didn't stay the night. Also it felt a bit dodgy to call an english number to open the front door.”

“Cons: WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS. I arrived and was not allowed to enter my room (despite organising a time over email) as I have not received a form. As I was travelling alone, I had all my baggage and was stuck on the side of the road. When I called a number (which was provided to me via email), I was screamed at by one of the staff to stop calling this number. I observed a woman and her elderly mother also struggling to get in contact with someone to let them into their room. It is very deceptive to arrange a time for us to meet you, and there for to be no one there (as everything is done online.) When the woman finally helped me get into my room, she was very rude and impatient with me despite the fact that she had left me waiting outside in the heat for almost an hour, and it was an extremely complicated check-in proccess. While the room itself was lovely, a few people tried to enter my room (I assume they were drunk and did not mean any harm) while I was sleeping, but that was scary as a woman travelling alone.”

“The location is nice there was homeless people around in the night but hey the people running things are so smart it almost makes up for it. · Cons: No air conditioning made threats as a first message the most stupid check in process in existence and you can't leave your luggage free before and there's a double charge if you come late... Like woah slow down and then you made me wait one hour to get into the room? To the people do yourself a favour especially if you're only coming for a day or two and for that double money you might need to give them book an actual decent place maybe even in the same building. And to you, good luck”
