“A great 10 days in Villa Devi”

The best

Loved the villa and the location on las coronas. We enjoyed access to the pool and pool bar. The complex is spotless and we were made very welcome. The villa was lovely and well equipped. As a family with small children the villa felt safe and secure with lockable gates. We managed to lock ourselves out on the first morning but within 10 minutes the host arrived to let us back in The location of this villa is ace. Access to the coastal path into costa teguise is less than 100m away. You are also close to the supermarket and local bars/restaurants in playa bastian which means there is always something to do locally if you don't feel like the 20min walk into town.

To be improved

I was disappointed that the villa had had the air conditioning removed. At the time of booking, I filtered to search for accommodation with air-conditioning due to husband being severely asthmatic. The promotional videos and photos online all showed air con units in the bedrooms. There were fans in each room which were required at all times but we still struggled with the heat at night. I think it needs to be clear to people booking that aircon is not available at this villa

“A week of relaxation, sunshine and perfection accommodation”

We were self catering and had all we needed to cater ourselves. I have been to this area many times and the location is perfect for everywhere we needed to go whether to eat, shop or beach.

To be improved

We had a roof terrace with sun loungers on which we loved but could have done with seat pads to lie on, apart from that there was nothing we didn't like

“Spacious villa on a lovely complex”

Spacious villa, comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen with a wonderful large living area. Communication good with host when we couldn't get TV to work.

To be improved

The cleaning was not the best, perhaps the team who come in need a nudge about it. The villa could be amazing with some tlc on the sun terrace to make it a great space to spend time. Also curtains in the bedroom hanging off the rail, easy to fix, and a few things like that just need checking and replacing with new Potential to be awesome!

“Beautiful area, comfortable apartment and amazing host”

The best

Fantastic communication from the host, giving very clear details and answering all questions very promptly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the villa spotless. We weren't aware of the huge roof terrace until just before arrival, and it offered a lovely private sunny spot for relaxing. The pool available on the complex was nice, and the area was quiet in the evening. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. We requested a late check out which was agreed subject to no other bookings, and this was a lifesaver. The gated entry added another level of security, but the whole area felt very safe anyway. We would definitely return, and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the sun

To be improved

The only very minor point to improve would possibly be that the plumbing in the showers took a bit of getting used to. The water pressure was brilliant, but it did fluctuate between very hot and cold at first. Other than that, the villa was spacious and perfectly comfortable for us 4 adults
