The best

Amazing apartment! The host provided all the instructions, we didn’t have any questions as everything was explained properly. We even were allowed to check-in a bit earlier, thank you for that! This place had everything we needed. A perfect view from the little terrace, a/c in each room, all the kitchen equipment. Walking to the beach was very pleasant, only a couple of minutes and you’re there! Really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in general, in a good location. Could have done with I lick of paint. We were a bit concerned about the security, main gate didn’t close or lock , no key. Patio door onto veranda didn’t lock either.

The best

This appartment has an excellent service. You conctact the owners and they organise through ELE Apartments that someone comes and fixes whatever needs to be done. Lovely view from the balcony over the sea, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very easy access to the busses that will bring you to the center of Malaga. You can walk to the neigbouring suburb El Paso which has a nice market, restaurants and shops.

To be improved

The easy access to the busses is also the downside to this appartment.... the traffic noise. There runs a busy road af few streets below the appartment and this give quite soms noise especially during rush hours. Sleeping with open windows will make that you will be woken up by the traffic from 7 am on. The windows in the bedrooms are single glass so the light sleepers need to bring ear plugs. The balcony is lovely but there is no shade. The owner told me that an order for an awning is out but as yet no date to when it will arrive. Until then it is to hot in the sun from 11 am till 4 pm.

Excellent location. Communication with host was superb. Stroll along the boardwalk and before you know it you are in centro viewing historic locations. View of the water from the private balcony was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Great for families. Spacious accomodations. Comfortable rooms. Shower was great.

Cleanliness could have been better. Kitchen facilities OK, although no oven. General air of tiredness to property . More attention to detail on cleaning. No wine glasses or corkscrew and remote control needed new batteries. These were all delivered the next day. ELE apartments were helpful and also arranged travel to and from the airport for us. For what we paid it was fine.
