“Exceptional”
I had a great stay in Pedregalejo Room. Even though it was a shared apartment, there was plenty of room for everyone and bedroom itself was nice and quiet. View from balcony was so beautiful, you could see the Mediterranean sea sunset. Host Emilio was kind, helpful, friendly and well informed about not only Malaga, but the whole Andalusia region in Spain. I really liked hearing his recommendations, also local bus transport was super easy and convenient for me. So it's not a problem that it's not in the city centre, even without a car it's easy to get around. I would highly recommend Pedregalejo Room especially for the view and superb host. Emilio truly cares about his guests. He helped me with transport and calm presence, since I had a small problem about my wallet being stolen upon arrival in Malaga. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in Southern Spain. I visited Ronda, Setenil, Granada and had a day hike in the Sierra Mountain region... and I'd recommend going to Caminito del Rey when visiting Andalusia, the nature is spectacular. Picasso Museum was interesting as well, the famous artist was born in Malaga. There's so much to do and discover around the region, so definitely stay longer!

The accommodation is excellent, a bit outside the city center, but you can reach downtown in 15 minutes by bus. Tickets can be bought at a kiosk a few hundred meters down the street. There's a supermarket nearby, and the beach and a seaside promenade are just a few hundred meters away. The room was clean with a beautiful sea view. The owner is extremely kind, a former journalist who will explain everything and provide you with interesting information about the city, Andalusia, and everything else you might need for a perfect holiday in Málaga.

Emilio is really nice host, he gave us a lot of tips about what to do and where to go in Andalusia and offered free Oranges and conversations in Spanish :) it was really worth meeting him. Thank you for your company. It was really pleasure to spend time with you.

Wonderful view from the Balcony. Place is actually a lot better than photos. I think it's because it's managed by Uncle Emilio and because of his age he is not good at with new technology. I am so happy to stay at this place, we got fair price+ great History/geography introduction from Emilio (he is Spanish Historian and Journalist) about Malaga / Andalusia and Spain. Loved this place so much that will definitely return there for a longer duration (we stayed four nights)
I loved everything
