Would have liked the property to have provided salt, pepper, olive oil. Would have also appreciated some tea towels and powder for the dishwasher and the washing machine. There was a small amount of washing liquid etc but not enough for a family for a week so we needed to purchase. Possibly a mid week service would have been nice.

There were mice!!! After the first night we found a large hole eaten out of a pineapple we had bought, and mouse droppings on the counter in the kitchen, by the windows in the kitchen, and in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The apartment was VERY hot - like an oven. There were fans available but the atmosphere remained hot and oppressive. We couldn’t open windows as they were all doors which opened on to a balcony which was on the ground floor level, so it didn’t feel safe. The balcony / verandah area was green with algae and not inviting to sit out on. There was no view - all windows look on to the walls of the balcony. Disappointing compared with the pictures and the mouse infestation was unacceptable. We found mouse traps in the garage so the infestation was clearly known about in the block, although the rental company did not know about it and were horrified - they were helpful and moved us to a new apartment the same day we reported the problem.
