You should know that the balcony overlooks a school playground. It didn’t bother us but it might bother others…..

Perfect apartment to spend a couple weeks in El Cotillo, it really felt like home and was difficult to leave 🥹✨ Great location, very close to the main beaches and 3 minute walking distance from the closest supermarket.

Nice little Apartment. Easy communication. Quick reaction from the management, if there is an issue. Washing machine available

To be improved

Could be cleaner. Had to wash all the dishes, as they weren't really clean. Towels are a bit on the old side. Mattress and sofa not really comfy. Balcony to the north, so no sun ever on the balcony. Not possible to use rooftop.

The best

We stayed for three weeks. Ideal for a short or longer stays. There’s everything you need, and if you miss something staff will try to help you with everything. We love coffee from Moka pot so Stefan managed to bring us one. It is cosy and clean. Bed is comfortable and we got a very good night sleep. Right in the centre but the street and neighbors are quiet and calm.

To be improved

Apartment is situated in the way that there is no sushine on the terrase. But during hot days it’s probably fine. Otherwise you get nice city view and a bit of ocean too. 🤗
