The hotel did not let me check in because I was delayed. I informed them over the phone and without asking about my booking reference or name they said I couldn't check in as I was late. I had to pay for alternative accomodation. It seemed really unprofessional, unsafe and unreliable.

The location is super central — right in the middle of all the main sights — and the staff was very friendl

To be improved

The place wasn’t clean at all, there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the cleaning lady entered without knocking — which, combined with the see-through bathroom door, felt very uncomfortable. Also, washing clothes and cooking are not allowed, so it’s not ideal for a longer stay

“Great stay in a great location for a great price”
The best

Perfect budget accommodation for one night, you read the reviews and think it could be a disaster but it was absolutely perfect for us. Shared bathroom between about 4 rooms which is absolutely fine, lovely balcony where you could watch the world go by, right in the middle of the old town and a really good price. Clean room, clean towels, hot shower, what's not to like?

To be improved

You need to check in before 7.30pm, which they did highlight prior to our stay, but we only just made it! When you are relying on public transport you never know...

Location is cental old town, shared bathroom option is much better than expected. Huge toilet with good showe and super clean.

Location was great. Very clean and great for fit healthy people.

The stairs ! Although I knew it was 3rd floor I should have checked the photos more carefully. Had to cancel further booking as it was too difficult.
