“Perfect stay on our way to Santiago!”

Great accommodation – modern, clean, and felt newly renovated. The lady kindly upgraded our room for free from a shared bathroom to a private one, which we were really excited about! The room was clean and tidy, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was incredibly kind and cheerful — she greeted us with a big smile!

To be improved

The only issue we had was finding the place — there were about three different entrances to the building, all with the same name of the pension, but no sign pointing to a reception or anything like that. Maybe the instructions said to call the owner, but we weren’t sure. Luckily, a Spanish couple was also waiting there and must have called her, and that’s when she noticed us too.

1st: the receptionist was not there during the published check in time. 2nd: the Internet did not work. 3rd: service request was ignored. It took 13 hours before she came to check out the WiFi connection. Then she tried to blame my phone for weak signal. 4th: there are bedbugs in the pillow 5th: the receptionist/operator is rude, and totally burned out

“Rip off - nothing like in the pictures and dirty. Would never go again!”

Nothing. It was a rip off. I tried to get my money back but no one ever answered me. DONT Book!

Instead of a room like in the pictures we got a tiny dark room under the ceiling. This room was not listed in the pictures. The bed was dirty. I felt it itching and could not sleep. We also found insect in the bed. We had a shared bathroom which I did not know about. It was not clear in the booking. I expected a private bathroom. To be honest it was completely unacceptable! DO NOT BOOK every hostel was better! I wanted a private room to get some private space from many days in hostels but I regretted it immediately.
