“Staff was really friendly and location was excellent. · Cons: There was not remote control for the air conditioner, and air con was quite big for the small room, any time I wanted to switch off, during the night, I should get up from my bed and off manually. Had sleepless 2 nights . Smell in the room was horrible, I asked for help, I had my 10 years old child with me and was really hard to sleep with this smell. They promised to solve it but when I came back was the same horrible smell. I rebook another apartment and moved. They are still holding my 50 euro deposit and told me it will take 7 days to refund it, but the host wasn’t sure 7 days from check in or check out:( so disappointing!”
