Excellent location, wonderfully comfortable bed. Exceptionally patient young man at reception who dealt with temporary insanity and foul temper on my part. He was kind, helpful, and polite when he could have reacted very differently.

To be improved

It was a bit difficult to get into the room. You had to time opening the door just right or immediately locked again.

The location is very central in the old town. Ideal for a wander and finding bars etc. 20 minutes walk to Guggenheim.

To be improved

Breakfast was a bit basic. Fruit unattractive. Packed cheese slices and evidence of packaged ham slices not appealing

It is in a great location , it is very clean and has a lift so you don’t have to carry your luggage upstairs. The staff were fabulous, especially Tamara who went above and beyond to help my husband be able to watch AFL on the tv , so thank you Tamara

To be improved

It was a little noisy as it’s right in the street, but the old town seems to quiet down around 11 so not to bad .the one thing I didn’t like was the toilet system , it uses a pump system and it’s very noisy , if you go to the bathroom during the night it wakes people up with the noise😢

The location was amazing. Tamara was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed.

To be improved

Very little- perhaps just a fan (ceiling or pedestal) would have helped with the heat, but the air-conditioning works well so it isn’t necessary.

Location- in the middle of old town, comfy bed with excellent mat and pillows, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful

To be improved

A bit pricey because of the big international event- i guess 5-7 times more expensive than usual:)
