Room poor, no curtains, aircon non existent, had to open window to use indoor air on unit!??! Street noise, street lights. Poor check in process. Par,king situation poor.

“Great room and staff, location not ideal”

The best

The room was nice, they had a coffee corner with a water boiler, capsule machine and a microwave in the hallway. Room had a small fridge and 2 capsules and mugs so we could get everything we needed for a budget breakfast. We arrived before check in but the staff was very accommodating and we were able to get in the room an hour early. We also used they're parking option, very organised and safe, especially if you don't need the car until leaving the city. The charge is for 24h, but the extra time is cheap and you just pay when you pick up the car

To be improved

There was only a mobile air conditioner that didn't really work. It wasn't too hot at night but during the siesta we did struggle a bit with the heat. The location is bad considering how much we payed, it was the most expensive room we got on our trip but the worst location. Of course, it was the cheapest we could find in our dates. At the end there was a good bus station nearby and we got to the center and back ok, but if you like walking around the city like we do it's not a great area for that

“It was a comfortable room and possible to walk to the old town area”

The room was quite spacious with windows that could be opened to let in some fresh air.

To be improved

The bathroom was separate from the room (across the hall) but we were told that it was private and we did not see anyone else use it. There was no parking available and we had to drive around to find some street parking and got lucky.
