“The location was good and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a lift (elevator). · Cons: The external private bath was a bit odd and a bit inconvenient, but was fine in the end. Some of the corners in the bathroom could do with a good scrub.”

“Disappointing, expected better.”
To be improved

The room was minimalist to say the least. For example, there was a jug to boil water but no cups, coffee, milk etc. The most infuriating thing was the lack of of a plug in the hand basin.
