“I was woken up at 8 AM by cleaning staff pushing beds around the room next to mine”

The cleaner showed up at 8 am and literally started pushing beds across the floor in the room next to mine. It seemed extremely unnecessary, not only to have to move the beds entirely, but to have to do it at 8 am. If they’re going to be loud, cleaning services should be done between when guests leave and when guests arrive. I had wondered why there were so many scratches on the floor where the legs of the beds are. Now I guess I know. You’re providing people with the service of a place to sleep. Don’t provide us with the service of an unrequested alarm clock too. I have seen this location’s response to negative reviews and I hope you take this seriously. There is no reason I should have been woken up at 8 am by beds sliding across the floor. You have cameras, please verify exactly what happened.

“Good location to Camino. Clean. · Cons: Getting in was a bit challenging, needing to call the host and it was not clear where to go. Doors somewhere in the building super loud closing randomly, maybe due to wind? One super long pillow kind of annoying for 2 people. Fine for one night.”
