“Great!”

Overall, it was a nice room for 3 people. Had sockets for the three of us, each bed was comfy, an open wardrobe for our clothes and to hang our coats. Even had 3 glasses for water/ a drink which I appreciated. Also had a heater/ac which was good. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with everything working fine. The location is a little far from the centre of the city but the metro is super quick so no complaints about that. I liked the ease of access too, the link to the key / passcode was super easy and also not having to interact with anyone was great! In the little corridor rea, there was a fridge, microwave and lockers which we didn't end up using but thought it was a nice touch.

To be improved

The exterior was a little suspicious looking, my friends and I thought we had been scammed for a second lol. The aircon also made a really sound noise randomly, it sounded like gusts of wind and woke my friend up so she turned it off.

The fact the hot water is very limited. They will only be boiling hot if you wait for more then 10 hours. Expect your showers to be short and to point and double check that theres anouth hot water before entering

“Easy to check in · Cons: The room had multiple issues. - The bed sheets were not fully clean with yellow stains on. - The pillows are awful and lumpy. - The hot water cut out after two minutes in the shower. - The room had clearly had someone who had been smoking in previously and the smell had not gone away.”

“There was hot water · Cons: The facility is working with self check in. I have been provided with the wrong room number entering in a room where there was someone else sleeping. The guy normally thought I wanted to steal him and wanted to call the police. Once this has been sorted out with the owner admitting his mistake, I found a room with dirty sheets and felt completely unsafe, not knowing if someone else had the key to my room”
