Pensión Barlovento

Everything, there was no toilet paper, no clean towels, no soap, wrong location, paid extra for balcony and didn’t have it in the room but outside of the room with other people, dirty room, irresponsible host that left us standing on the street for 2 hours days after requesting early check in and couldn’t even check in on regular time because room wasn’t cleaned and when we got the keys room was still dirty.

everything was brutally bad, bathroom and shower falling apart, parts missing of the wall and the shower head, hair blood and yellow stains on the sheets, the wardrobe smelled like something very brutal, so all your clothes smelled like it too, outside door not closing, your door also barely hanging, people banging on your door in the night trying to break in, nobody was there no reception, no staff, no one, in the middle of nowhere as well in the outskirths of the city in a bad neighbourhood, loud neighbours and dogs barking 24/7as well, host doesnt reply and adress issues, they dont reply to booking as well so very brutal experience, when its too cheap to be true there is a reason, we left on the second day because it was unbearable and we are still waiting to hear if we will receive any reimbursement at all. accomodation from hell, i have never seen anything like this in my entire life, not even in horror movies, unreal

It was very, very dirty. I have photos, it's incredible. I've never seen anything like that. The beds were stained, there was hair everywhere, it was rusty, there were bare electrical cables on the floor. It was incredible. It's incredible that booking.com has that on its website.😬

The rooms stunk of cigarettes smoke, the air conditioning was loud and didn't work correctly, the bedding was dirty and the beds uncomfortable, the front door didn't lock which felt a bit unsafe. The walls and floors generally were dirty and soiled. The bathrooms are really grubby with paint flaking and in a general state. Plug had been snapped from the lamp. Overall really grubby place and wouldn't recommend unless a serious makeover is undertaken.

I asked for services and they didn’t reply, also the door of the toilet couldn’t lock, limiting privacy.
