Booked a double bed, got upgraded to a 3 bed, 2 room place, which was nice for the extra space and sitting area.

To be improved

Spent over an hour trying to check in online, across the street. Wouldn’t accept phone number. Phoned, receptionist said come to the door. Why have online check in, if someone is manning the door? Way too far from the cathedral.

“Superb value for money, immaculate, friendly”

The best

This hotel is superb. Simple in its facilities and appearance but beautifully clean with a great shower. Staff are incredibly kind, friendly and happy to assist with whatever you need, should it be calling taxis, giving you a hairdryer and ironing board, extra towels etc. English is also spoken. Location is central enough and took us 15 mins to walk to the centre. They can accommodate late check-ins as the reception is not manned 24 hours per day and offer a left-luggage facility free of charge.

Place was inexpensive, clean, and easily accessed from the downtown core of Santiago.

To be improved

The walls were way too thin (we could easily hear conversations and snoring in other rooms), the doors cannot be unlocked from the inside without the key (big safety hazard).
