Pensión Bowling

I was initially apprehensive, however the woman at reception was professional, and ensured the language barrier posed no obstacle to checking me in in a timely fashion. The room was clean and tidy, fresh sheets and towels were provided. There was a funny smell coming through the window from outside in the evening that cleared up in the night. The room was cozy and I had no issues sleeping. Neither too hot, nor too cold. The ambience of the street provided a rustic and unabashed charm, both it and the proximity of the train tracks were, unexpectedly, not a problem during the night. Though if you like to sleep in late then perhaps they would be. Facilities were functional. Breakfast was good, promptly served and tasty. I had the croissant with strawberry jam, a black coffee, and peach juice. Ample additional butter was provided with no strings attached. The key to my room took a little getting used to, serving as a satisfying puzzle I can say I proudly mastered by the end of my overnight stay. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations, if you are willing to put quick judgements aside, Bowling Pension will provide.
