The receptionist at the hotel didn’t know anything about handling documents — it took him 30 minutes just to check me in, and he kept asking unnecessary questions. On top of that, they lied about having air conditioning — there’s no AC at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

“I slept in and then they kept coming and knocking on the door to rush me or something like they wanna clean and had nothing else to do, as I was packing trying to pack telling me checkout is 11. Plus no one speaks English. I left at 11:10-15....”

I was disappointed that they did not post the information about the room. There was no air conditioning, and considering the price, it was very high. I also didn't appreciate being told it was my fault for not reading the fine print. Furthermore, I was unhappy that they stated my money would not be reimbursed, despite their attempts to accommodate us. Overall, it was a bad experience.

“Great location and friendly staff, but the lack of a fridge.”

The best

The location was excellent with easy access to transportation, and having an elevator was also a nice convenience. However, the staff were kind and helpful, although communication in English was a bit challenging. Still, they were friendly and welcoming.

To be improved

The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a real inconvenience.
