“Pedro was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and they refilled the food and snacks everyday. They offered freshly baked cake and fresh fruit everyday and you could make your own orange juice. It was only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. To sum up it was a lovely place!”

“Pedro was a lovely host, there to meet us and give advice on where amenities were in Finisterre. the pension was spacious, clean, tidy and full of extras. the kitchen was well stocked with fruit, milk, cake, coffee and tea along with breakfast cereals, biscuits, croissants and more. there were 2 shared bathrooms but it was like having your own, the beds were comfortable and it was not far to walk to bars, cafes and supermarkets. the camino trail was only 1 street away to both muxia and santiago. we would highly recommend and definitely return.”

Along with Pedro, this place has the hospitality and kindness that is shrinking in Spain and elsewhere. Pedro y Felicia bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And they are real people.

“Spotless and welcoming, but I still felt caged!”

Spotless facilities. Very welcoming hostess. Incredible breakfast with well stocked common kitchen available at all times. Fabulous sandy beach across the road and down a small hill. Ample parking and huge terrasse with tables-chairs, barbecue and clothes drying lines.

To be improved

I paid for a private bathroom that was down the hall from my room and open to all; not acceptable and annoying. Furthermore, my minute room window opened up onto the terrace with no privacy, security or peace. I would never willingly opt for such total lack of privacy, both concerning having an outside public washroom and a public room window, no matter how great everything else might be. I felt like a caged animal in a zoo!
