Room was good,And fridge Shower brilliant , microwave what i didnt use .Because out everyday .

The price was certainly good for a single room

That it was easy to get to with local buses & it was quite central , close enough to walk in to the centre of Alicante .

Room I stayed was not the same as pictured. Owner call and informed me he needs to relocate me . No problem for me since I was with car . Room is pretty hot , no air conditioner only a fan , but is not enough . Bed sheets could be cotton instead of polyester , since polyester is kind plastic, not comfortable since the room is already hot and was 25 degrees early in the morning when I stay , imagine in summer . Shower has a problem since you turn the water , sewer line don’t drain the water faster enough, so quickly the bathroom stay flooded! Completely. Not nice when you want to shower and wash your hair , you need to watch the water during your whole bath . Not nice at all

The owner was very helpful. Clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Quiet location.

The staff were great. I had booked the wrong date, I landed in Alicante for 23:30, so booked for the 20th. Once, they understood this they changed my booking g so I coukd stay the night I needed, even getting a member of staff to be on site to check me in. Great service, and I was very grateful.
