“Couldn't arrive on my first night. Property didn't respond to my message letting them know of this. Then contacted me , not having read my previous message, and said no problem. I arrived next day in the morning only to find that it was too early, which they didn't let me know the day before. After calmly asking (by SMS) for instructions I got berated and scolded by the person in charge. After asking for confirmation of when the reception would be open (posted hours in the door were different than what I was being told) I got scolded again by the same person before confirming the opening time....”

“La ubicación muy buena. Nos tocó una habitación al lado de la recepción con mucho ruido. El último día no tuvimos agua caliente y desapareció la maq. expendedora de agua fría y caliente. El wifi inestable. Recepcionista algunas horas al día”
