“I was very unhappy with my experience as when I arrived, without any explanation I was marched down the street to a room in another pension without a bathroom. The lady from da Estrella spoke at length with the lady at the alternate pension about "bano". Again without attempting to explain that I wouldn't have my own bathroom she promptly left! My new landlady was very sweet even when I explained I would only be staying the 1night instead of two. The person from da Estrella grudgingly refunded my money for the second night only after I wanted to see the complaints book.”

la situacion perfecta, el baño adecuado, tiene secador,toallas y con tarjeta y llave para entrar por poner una pega¨: la television no funciona correctamente por lo demas.....un 10!
