“Disappointment (and spoiled my visit to Sevilla)”

Initially friendly and helpful staff.

To be improved

I booked for two nights with the confidence of having a functional air conditioner. It did not function properly —not even as a good fan. The proprietor and his son both argued that because it was a “pension “ the air conditioning is different. Pure bs. It was very hot and I did not sleep a wink. I left the next morning forfeiting my prepaid second night.

“Great location! For a short visit, it is an easy walk to the major sights. And close to transport options. The room was very secure, presentation was very good, and the bed very comfortable! Great bathroom, a bit bigger than many others I have stayed. Easy access with electronic tag too! · Cons: There's a few stairs, but lucky I was first floor!”

“Finding an affordable place during the Feria of Seville can be tough, but I was lucky to come across this pension. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. There’s a lovely restaurant just downstairs, and the area has everything you might need within walking distance. The room looked exactly like the photos, and the cleanliness was absolutely spot-on. The staff is very friendly and the place is pretty silent at night considering the position. You might hear some loud voices from downstairs now and then, but it’s occasional. · Cons: There is no elevator and the quality of the pillows can be improved.”
