“Unable to contact after paying”
The best

It looked nice from the outside. Can’t confirm this though as I didn’t get in. And decent location.

To be improved

Very poor communication. I wrote a few times to advise I would be late. I didn’t even get a response. Arrived at the property and it was shut, no answer to the night bell or my messages. Had to sleep in the car. No apology. No partial refund. Just kept my money and said nothing.

The best

The property was spotlessly clean and fresh. Lovely crisp white bedding, comfortable bed and very good shower. The young man who greeted us was very friendly and accommodating. A 10 - 15 minute walk into the old town is very worthwhile.

To be improved

Parking was very difficult, and the hostel name is not apparent when you are driving around.
